A real clinic in Gilbert, AZ 85297 Monday to Friday, 8am to 6pm Blood drawn at the clinic Same provider, start to finish
The Medical Plaza at Spectrum in Gilbert, Arizona

3483 S Mercy Rd, Suite 104 · Gilbert

Tell the truth, even when it costs us a sale.

If your numbers do not support treatment, you will hear that from us. It is why this is a clinic with a front door: your blood is drawn here, and your results are read to you in person by the provider who ordered them.

Test, don’t guess

One number,
or the whole picture.

A single testosterone reading is the cheapest number to collect and the easiest to act on badly. Here is what changes when the whole panel is read together, by one person, with you in the room.

A single reading gives you

1

One value, with nothing beside it to say what it means.

The same total testosterone number can mean different things depending on what sits beside it, which is why the reading alone does not tell you what to do.

The first visit

What you
actually get.

One appointment. A draw, a conversation, and a plan you can read. Most first-visit panels fall between $110 and $400, confirmed before anything is drawn.2

1Call or book

Pick a time. Cash-pay, and you are told the exact panel and price before anything is drawn.

2Blood drawn here

At the clinic in Gilbert, on the same visit as your consultation.

3Results, in person

We call when they are in and book time to go through every line.

4A plan, or an honest no

Written down, or told straight that you do not need us.

Test, don’t guess.

A full panel before any plan. Not a questionnaire, not a symptom score, not a guess.

Book a consultation

How he thinks

Ask why it stopped working.
Not just what is wrong.

Steve spent years as a master technician before medicine, trained to look past the obvious fault and find out why something stopped working in the first place. He treats the body the same way: as one connected system, looking for what can actually be improved rather than which symptom to quiet.

Six rules every visit runs on

They decide what happens in the room before you ever walk into it.

  1. 1
    Always listen to the patient.
  2. 2
    Test, don’t guess.

A full panel before a plan. Not a questionnaire and not a symptom score.

  3. 3
    Number 1 supersedes Number 2.

When what you tell us and what the panel says disagree, you come first. Your numbers inform the plan; they do not overrule you.

  4. 4
Tell the truth, even when it costs us a sale or an extra hour.

If your numbers do not support treatment, you will be told that.

  5. 5
If you’re bringing a problem, bring 2 to 3 possible solutions.
  6. 6
Never stop learning, and help others do the same.

In their words

What patients say.

Who you are seeing

A mechanic who kept
asking why things fail.

Steve became a Honda Platinum Master Technician and ASE Master Certified, then grew frustrated with an industry he felt had started replacing parts and managing recurring problems rather than addressing why they failed. That is what pushed him toward medicine.

It is the same question he now asks about people, and it is why every plan here starts with a panel instead of a prescription pad.

Always listen to the patient.

The first of the six rules every visit here runs on, in his words.

Before you call

Straight answers.

Will you just put me on testosterone?

No. We run the panel first, and if your numbers do not support treatment we will tell you that.

Will the price keep going up?

Lab work is cash-pay and depends on the panel. Most first-visit panels fall between $110 and $400, and follow-up panels are usually less. We confirm the exact panel and price before anything is drawn, and what a plan costs before you start one.

Do you take insurance?

No. Lab work and visits are cash-pay, and you are told the price before anything is drawn.

What happens after my bloodwork?

We call you when your results are in and book the time to go through them. You will not be left wondering whether anything came back.

Who am I actually seeing?

Steven Northern, FNP‑C. He reads your panel and he sits down with you. Not a call centre, and not a form.

Do I have to commit to anything?

No. The first appointment is a consultation and a blood panel. What you do with the results is your decision.

Where are you, and when are you open?

3483 S Mercy Rd, Suite 104, Gilbert, AZ 85297, on the first floor of the Medical Plaza at Spectrum. Monday to Friday, 8:00am to 6:00pm. We see patients from Gilbert, Chandler, Mesa, Queen Creek and San Tan Valley.

Start with your numbers.

Call or text and we will book you a consultation and a panel. Monday to Friday, 8:00am to 6:00pm.
